JOB VACANCY : #CFO in Kolkata(URGENT) Our London Headquartered client urgently needs for Kolkata based Indian Operations , three companies acquisitions of 50 employee each. Hence needs a CFO with vast experience to manage Venture Capital funding route (#VCFunding route) based upon (a) Past ten year financial records of company and (b) Based upon Qualification and Credibility of present Directors. Normally takes two to three months period. To not get duped into paying salaries to CFO and then him failing funding, the CFO would be on contract until funding happens. He becomes permanent only after managing funding. Subsequently, the CFO , as a permanent employee would do (1) Action hands on through his team the Due diligence of two to three companies to enable firm/strong negotiations to puncture the inflated financial results presented by the loss making companies(2) Supervise and action Hands on Acquisition and the Merger Process (#M&A process) (3) Action Hands on the #Restructuring being part of #Merger involving negotiation with Union leaders as well as relevant Government labor department to enable justifiable cutting down of personnel and labor (4) Most importantly, take over as the CEO/CFO of the 50 strength company to make it into a Profitable organization.
